Happy spring

Hi there, we haven't checked in for awhile - we hope your business is going strong!

Satel IP task up and running

We now have the Satel IT task working! Contact Colin for more information.

Mobile-friendly website

Remember, our website is mobile-friendly so you can use your phone to:

  • put sites on test for up to 24 hours

  • enter users and zone lists

  • give full access to clients for changes etc.

Here's a quick tutorial on how to add a shortcut to your homescreen, how to log in (contact Angela if you haven't got your User ID and password yet) and how to place a site on test mode.

Step 1

Open in your phone browser.

Step 2

Depending on your phone, tap on the right or left of the address bar to drop-down the bookmark menu.

Step 3

On the drop-down menu, select "add to homescreen".

Step 4

Name your bookmark and tap "Add".

Step 5

Now you will have a Monitor NZ link on your homescreen, giving you quick access to your site information and logs.

Step 6

When you open the Monitor NZ from your homescreen, tap "Patriot Login".

The first time you will need to enter your login details, after that, it will take you straight to your site information and logs.

Contact Angela if you haven't got your User ID and password yet.

Step 7

Add your User ID and Password and tap "Login" (you will only need to do this once, and select the option of saving the details).

Step 8

At the next portal, add your second User ID and Password and tap "Login" (again, you will only need to do this once, and tick the box "Stay Logged In").

Step 9 - placing a site on test mode

In your list of Available Sites, tap the site name you would like to place on test mode.

Step 10

In the list of tabs, tap on "Test Mode".

Step 11

Below "Test Mode Details", tap on "Insert".

Step 12

Select your Expiry Time and Reason, and tap "Save".

Step 13

Review your details. If you want to edit or cancel the test mode, select the buttons on the bottom.
